DEW TOUR CHAMPIONSHIPS | LAS VEGAS, NV | SUNDAY OCTOBER 17, 2010
PLG wins his 2nd Dew Tour Cup of his Career. PLG took home 2nd place in the Vert final Sunday which secured his Dew Tour Cup victory. PLG is skating like a machine and does not get sick of any podium as he consistently sat on the podium in every contest he has entered thus far in 2010.
Electric would like to extend a huge congrats to PLG for coming home with another Dew Tour Cup Victory..

After 14 Stops all over the U.S. and Canada Volcom took the Wild In The Parks Championships to Rio Vista Skatepark in Peoria, AZ this past Saturday. Over 200 competitors started arriving the night before the champs to get a feel of the park, size up their competition and adjust to the blazing desert heat.
The skatepark filled up fast Saturday morning with kids eager to skate and parents grabbing any bit of shade they could find to watch the action go down.
The groms in the 14 & Under division kicked it off and really set the bar high for the 15 & Over and Pro-Am divisions to follow them up. The “OOOHS & AAAHS” from the crowds in all three zones were making each and every competitor take it to the next level.
So by the time the sun was setting and the finals were underway the real talent and competitive attitudes were starting to shine.
All the kids were stoked to win the big cash prizes and couldn’t wait for the product give-a-ways!
Big shout out to Electric’s $1,000 check “Hype of the Day” winner, Dashawn Jordan, for his B/S bigger flip down the 10-set. Electric would like to give big high fives to Volcom and Jeff Arnold’s Crew for making the 2010 WITP Championships a day to remember. Bang, Bang, Bang!!!

SATURDAY AUGUST 7, 2010 | MALOOF MONEY CUP
PLG wins Vert yet again. The Terror of Pierre remains a force to be reckoned with as he cannot be beat. Pierre Luc Gagnon won his 2nd Maloof Money Cup title and took home $75,000 in prize money. Not a bad day at the office for PLG, the contest mad man.
Electric is super pumped for Pierre and we look forward to seeing him win again at the next Dew Tour coming up shortly. Stay tuned and continue to watch Pierre skating at his best. GO PLG!!!
