DEW TOUR 2012 | KILLINGTON, VT | JANUARY 22, 2012
Two events, two podiums for Electric’s Devin Logan. She started it off with a huge straight air mute grab, to a left 540 tail, to flair, to big straight air, to alley oop and capped it off with a left 7 for a top score of 86.75 on her second run.

Devin pulled out all the stops to take second place in the Woman’s DEW Tour Pipe Final fresh off a MCL surgery three weeks ago. This is just a small glimpse of what the future holds for this amazing athlete. Great job Devin, the VOLT is super proud of what you just pulled off and we want to wish you the best of luck going in to X Games. Now go to Aspen and wreck shit!

More congratulations to Electric’s Torin Yater-Wallace on a massive win at the 2nd stop of the DEW Tour. Torin was going absolutely huge in what looked like a pretty rutted pipe busting out a huge right side double cork 12 mute grab, left 9 followed by a right dub flair mute to alley oop flat spin and wrapping up with a switch right 9.

Taking the win gives Torin some great momentum heading into X Games starting next week in his hometown Aspen, CO. Great job Torin really stoked for you and congrats on your DEW Tour victory. That was freaking HUGE!

SNOWBOARDER MAGAZINE | RIDER OF THE YEAR ISSUE | JANUARY 2012
Snowboarder Magazine’s Rider of the Year Issue just landed and Electric has a few Athletes who made the cut.

Pat Moore coming off a great year for himself took the #6 spot for Men’s Top Ten. Pat had the Double song ender in Forum’s “Vacation’ Movie, as well as a in-depth Interview to earn himself a respectful #6…

Cheryl Maas and Jessica Kimura take the #1 & #2 slot for the Women. Cheryl Maas landing the #1 spot for the ladies is a huge accomplishment to say the least, Cheryl not only stomped some double Backs, to Back 9’s, but also kill the urban scene like a grown man.

Jessica Kimura at #2 could not have happened with out her effortless skills on some big rails all over every City last winter.
Electric would like to cheers to our Boy and Girls for earning themselves a spot on the Top Ten!

2ND ANNUAL SPYDER SNOW FEST | HERMOSA BEACH, CA | DECEMBER 10TH, 2011
This past Saturday Spyder brought back Mt. Hermosa for the 2nd Annual Spyder Snow Fest. Once again Pier Ave was transformed into a 20 ft hill covered with 60 tons of snow and an assortment of snowboard rails, boxes and even a 1982 Mercedes for the riders jibbing pleasure.

South Bay locals lined both sides of Mt. Hermosa while the 60 tons of snow was being blown so they could get front row for the action that was about to go down.

Before all the real action went down vendor village was going off down on Pier Plaza. All the top snow brands in the industry set up shop for the day playing games with kids, giving away prizes and promoting their new snow gear for the season.

The kids were loving the customized buttons they could make at the Electric tent and their free trucker hat they’d get with it as well but the crowd favorite was the Electric Jenga.

Parents and kids were lining up to get in on the next game while the crowds gathered around the tent to hear the roughs of “JENGA!” every time it toppled over.

After a few hours of playing games and getting as much free shwag as they could get the kids and parents finally headed up to see the amateur riders compete for the best trick award.

The riders didn’t waste any time trying to impress the judges.

They all wanted to make it to the final to win the $1000 Grand Prize and be crowned the King of Mt. Hermosa.

Congrats to Evan Heckman who was the lucky one who walked away with the check this year.

Thank you to Spyder for once again putting on an amazing event and bringing the snow to the beach.

Devin Logan chalks up another win in half pipe at The Northface Open in Snowpark, NZ.
With five competitions completed with four wins and a second place Devin Logan is putting down her stamp of dominance in woman’s skiing as of late.
When you win every event you are entering life is good. Devin paid some serious dues training this summer at Windell’s on Mt. Hood. Obviously it’s paying off and doesn’t look like it going to stop for a lot of years to come.
Great job Dev the whole crew at Electric is stoked on your performance. Cheers!

Devin Logan makes it a clean sweep at 100% Pure New Zealand Games | August 21, 2011 | Lake Wanaka, New Zealand
Electric’s Devin Logan has just served notice that she is the force to be reckoned with. After taking the Half Pipe and the Slopestyle. Devin backs it up by taking the Big Air and winning it by over twenty points. Hard work and a great attitude is what it takes and Devin sure seems to have a little extra to spare.
Congratulations Devin Logan on your “DOMINATING” performance at the 100% Pure New Zealand Games. I’m thinking they might want to change the name to 100% Pure Devin Logan Games if she keeps this up.
Great job Devin!

Devin Logan Cleans up at 100% Pure New Zealand Games | August 18, 2011 | Lake Wanaka, New Zealand
Electric’s Devin Logan comes out swinging and knocks out the field in a dominating performance at 100% Pure New Zealand Games. Devin stepped up first and claimed the top of the podium in Half Pipe. Having spent her summer training her butt off up at Windell’s in Mt. Hood, Oregon. Devin is setting her sights on dominating both Pipe and Slopestyle.
And that is exactly what she did the very next day by taking the Slopestyle and pocketing another win. Congratulations Devin on your back to back wins and continued success with the rest of your Comp’s in the Southern Hemisphere.
Way to kill it Devin!
