If you aren’t happy with your products you purchase from us at ElectricVisual.com, we will happily accept a return for a full refund. Our 365-day return policy has no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the products are in the same condition as when you received them. Send the product back to us and we will take care of everything.

1) Your original box contains a prepaid return shipping label. Package the item(s) securely in the original box if possible, enclose a copy of your invoice, and place the return shipping label to cover the original label.

2) Drop your package with the appropriate shipping carrier and be sure to keep a copy of your invoice and tracking number. If you do not have the original box and return shipping label, please ship your package to the address below and use a reliable shipping method of your choice. Please make sure your shipping is prepaid, as we are unable to accept C.O.D. returns.

Once your return is received and approved, a credit will be made in the original form of payment used usually within 7 days. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the return has been processed.

If you need to return a product in new condition that was purchased in a retail store, please return your items to the store you purchased from. In the case of a warranty claim, please read the warranty instructions.

If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the original items for a full refund and make a new purchase at ElectricVisual.com. To ensure you get your gear fast, we encourage you to place a new order while we process your credit.

Electric offers a lifetime warranty on all defective sunglasses, bags, and luggage. Goggles, clothing, and accessories are fully warranted with proof of purchase against defect in material and workmanship up to one year from date of purchase.

If Electric products are proven defective, Electric will replace them at no cost to you. If Electric products are not considered defective, (scratched sunglasses and goggle lenses are not covered under our warranty) Electric will replace your product at a reasonable charge.

Please ship your Electric products to the address below using UPS, FedEx, or insured US Mail in a box with adequate packaging to protect the product against damage during shipping. Be sure to note your tracking number. Electric is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
