Q. What is covered under your warranty?
A. Electric products are fully warranted against any manufacturer defect or defects in workmanship for up to one year from date of purchase. Scratched lenses are not considered a defect nor are sunglasses/goggles that are broken due to customer wear and tear.

Q. What if my sunglasses/goggles aren’t covered under the warranty?
A. If your sunglasses/goggles aren’t broken due to a manufacturing defect we will offer a replacement pair at a reasonable charge. The charge is a flat rate that includes tax and return shipping.

Q. Why did my power get shut off? I paid my bill.
A. We have nothing to do with your power, call your local utility company to sort that one out. If we did, we would be certain you paid us before you’re out lollygagging buying luxuries.

Q. Do you offer repair for broken sunglasses/goggles?
A. We do not repair broken sunglasses/goggles. You may send you sunglasses/goggles back to us and we will replace them for a reasonable charge. See question #2.

Q. Do you offer replacement lenses for sunglasses?
A. We do not offer replacement lenses for our sunglasses. If your lenses become scratched you may send your sunglasses back to us and we will replace them for a reasonable charge. See question #2.

Q. Do you offer replacement lenses for goggles?
A. we do offer replacement lenses for our goggles. If your goggle lenses become scratched you may contact the Electric warranty department to purchase lenses over the phone. See global contacts for phone number.

Q. What do I need to do to send my sunglasses/goggles back?
A. We ask that you include your name, phone #, and physical address, copy of the receipt and a brief description of the reason for return. We recommend that you ship you sunglasses/goggles via UPS, FedEx, or Certified Mail to the distributor in your region so that if they are lost you can track them. We are not responsible for packages that are lost in the mail. See global contacts for company address.

A. We do not offer prescription lenses for our sunglasses.
